(Team Flare, Plasma, you get the idea.) He goes about, trying to figure out how to do this without hurting anyone, as he's also a pacifist and thinks he's doing something good. When he meets an human-turned-Pokemon, he determines that the world humans come from MUST be where he has to send the bad Pokemon, and doing all this while sending humans back home. Of course, not only is his plan not very well thought out, he doesn't really HAVE a plan yet. Right now he's too busy deciding who gets to stay in his pure and perfect world. Erik is super polite, and listens to others willingly, while he is also manipulative. Other: -Trying to start a group called Team Thunder, made up of those he feels are worthy of the 'perfect world' he's trying to create. The only problem is, he's the only one so far. Yep. -Not the main villain of the RP or anything.
Why don't I take advantage of the fact that nobody else likes the monkeys? Nobody else will make a bad guy who thinks he's doing the right thing that's also a Pokemon associated with being good and everybody hates the monkeys anyway, so that means he's probably going to remain the only elemental monkey in the RP.
