Space or click/tap to advance. 1. August 2018. Modernized versions of Helene and Lys, my two protagonists for a story I wrote as my first attempt at romance. 2. September 2018. Quick pencil sketch of Aelin and Lysandra from ToG. Didn't draw the faces since I hadn't figured out expressions (still have no idea what I'm doing) 3. September 2018. Fleetfoot and Abraxos from ToG. 4. September 2018. Manon and Abraxos from ToG. I was excited about the upcoming release, okay? 5. October 2018. Ansel on an Asterion from ToG. The horse turned out nicely. 6. November 2018. A dwarf who started out as a DnD character of mine but then devolved since I couldn't get her quite right. 7. December 2018. An elf of some sort. I thought it looked good at the time. 8. December 2018. Geran the Mandalorian. An OC of a friend of mine. 9. December 2018. Journey and Lee, two characters of mine from a futuristic world. This was before I knew how they ended and before Lee founded the "my girlfriend turned out to be a spy" club. 10. January 2019. Nova, a fun character with cool hair. 11. February 2019. M'talas and Isobel, from a story with a friend that turned into a novel. I love these two so much and I'm so glad they turned out well. 12. March 2019. "The Barn Beans." The most chaotic found family ever. 13. March 2019. Eris, adopted daughter of the Barn Beans. 14. April 2019. Hazel Blackburn, a witch who likes space documentaries. She was doodled on a spare sheet of paper during class, unlike most of these, who were in sketchbooks. 15. April 2019. A futuristic space-elf cyborg. 16. April 2019. A hand! I drew a hand! It looked decent! 17. May 2019. Hazel with her wife, Nlemi. My friends and I ended up creating far too much lore about the wedding traditions of the bird-people. 18. May 2019. Young Aelin from ToG. The inaugural sketch of my new book. 19. May 2019. Calyx Rennis, a Star Wars character of mine. She has cool hair. 20. May 2019. Myra Coelaris, a character from a Marvel AU. Also done while I should have been studying for my Spanish final. Oh well. I did fine on that, I think. 21. May 2019. Khestian and Sabine, OCs for a Star Trek AU. I love their story so much. 22. May 2019. Adventures in figure drawing. This one was (somewhat) proportionate! 23. June 2019. Dr. Lachnaa, from another Star Trek AU. My friend is really into it and this character is part of a made-up species known as Echthellans. Yes, their eyes are weird. More on that later. There's a biological reason for it and stuff. 24. June 2019. Kahra the centaur. Horses are interesting. Especially if they have robotic legs. Those are extra interesting. 25. June 2019. An attempt at a self-portrait that devolved into a generic person when I made a series of very large mistakes. 26. July 2019. A portrait from a vacation where I didn't have my art stuff, so I used a hotel pen and an index card on the bus. It turned out quite nicely. 27. July 2019. Shefa the bard. She's quite fun and was fun to draw as well. The angle worked out! 28. August 2019. Some Star Trek characters from an unfinished portrait series. Top is a Vulcan, bottom is the aforementioned Echthellan with the eyes in light mode (slit pupils sideways). 29. August 2019. A self-portrait that's actually a decent likeness. Drawn for a math assignment, of all things. So that's what can happen if you draw a lot in a year. Things change, for the better. Quite a bit. No need to put yourself down- you'll get there. Just practice :)
Just a lazy little art progression/dump because it's been ages since the last one and things have changed a lot in a year. No, I'm not coming back, I just figured I'd drop this since apparently people still look at my stuff and this is better than most of that.
