Swipe the mouse or with your hand on mobile to attack the enemy, click or tap on the purchase weapons button to buy a weapon, click or tap on the enemy to attack with a sword for extra damage. Bosses, like the EOC or the EOW have increased health, and will always have special ai and will usually attack the player to heal themselves, with the only exception being the king slime. There's about 7 different weapons that you can get, and 20 different materials those weapons can be made out of, plus varying stats for each material, leading to about 300 different possible setups for weapons. because of how this game works, you can crit enemies multiple times based on what weapon you have. for example, with a terra axe, you could crit 6 times in a row, with a 20% chance for another crit. each time you crit will multiply your damage, 1 crit is *2, 2 crits is *3, you get the idea Certain enemies will deal contact damage during certain parts of their movement. since this game doesn't exactly have a health system, enemies will instead heal themselves based on the damage that you deal whenever they're hit during one of these phases. you can use a spear to ignore this, or simply just don't get hit. I won't explain all the enemies in the game, since there's quite a few of them, but i will show how all of the bosses in the game so far function: King Slime: Behaves like a normal slime, but he gains defense whenever he's jumping. Just use a spear to go through his defense, and you'll be good. Eye of Cthulhu: Charges at you to gain back health, and charges faster when his health is low. Just use a spear to counter his charges, and you'll be good. Eater of worlds: Runs through the ground and shoots fire at you. use a high damage weapon, like a battle axe or a greatsword to quickly get through this, or use a pickaxe to quickly run through his health. Skeletron: Throws bones at you while staying directly above you, the charges at you with extremely high melee heals, while throwing out skull ghosts at low hp. Use a spear to ignore his charges, or a pickaxe to delete his high health to make sure certain weapons that don't increase damage like the pickaxe don't become useless later on, you deal extra damage based on how many kills you have, although not too much, so you can't beat the game with 0 weapons, don't even try at about 109 kills you can use 5 more materials, and the enemies have looped back to the beginning. this would normally be where hard mode is, but i haven't added that yet, so for now this is when you "rebirth". basically for anyone who hasn't played a clicker game ever it basically means you can restart from the beginning but harder, but also with better rewards etc. enemies will gain 4* health and 5* gold, which would be fine, if it didn't stack with the kills bonus enemies get after you've killed a lot of them, and boss hp bonuses. a second rebirth happens at 204 kills, then about 299, you get the idea. you also unlock 2 materials at the second rebirth, but then everything is unlocked for now.
This game was originally going to continue until the moon lord, but there was multiple problems, for example: Sometimes after the game has been played for a long time, it will sometimes attack when it shouldn't, which is a problem when you need to dodge an enemy instead of attacking them (Ex: EOC, cursed skull, etc.), or for enemies that are hard to hit (Ex: Skeletron, cursed skull, etc.). It will also break projectile attacks when this happens, so you might not see the attacks from later enemies like the demons. (FIXED FINALLY!!!) You can deal more damage than you are supposed to if you swipe slowly or in a circle. This wouldn't be a problem if it didn't make certain weapons extremely broken depending on what you get. It takes extremely long to progress, but i can't make it shorter since you could potentially get the king slime before you can afford a weapon which isn't fun, or the eye before you could get a spear which is also not fun. Certain weapons are extremely better than others at certain points, spears are best early for EOC and king slime, battle axes are best mid game for crits and high damage, and pickaxes are best late game for half kills. I don't exactly know how i would program the wall like how would i even do that? I have too many other projects to work on, plus school as well. after a certain period of time, you might heal enemies when they are supposed to take damage, and hurt enemies when they're supposed to be healed by you ( FIXED, hopefully ) These, and other reasons are why I will be putting hold on this game for quite awhile, so don't expect any updates to this game. #terraria #game #mobile #clicker #swiper #rpg #shoot #sword #axe #mouse #swipe #dodge #terra #swiped - Don't worry about these, they aren't important at all. On a side note it took me 10 minutes to think of all of those tags there, and there's only 12 of them. For a reference that is about 0.5% of the time it took me to make all of this game, which is about 1.5 days.
