Despite needing to keep everything at peace, Rinegird constantly gets things out of balance. There's one thing she takes seriously- Protecting her friends and protecting the Sacred Jungle. Friends: Nova (Maybe more to come...?) Enemies: Opal Crush: Protector of the Seas Family: Youth (Brother, never knew) Sacred (Mother, dead) Larch (Father, dead) Nimble (Sister, dead) Backstory: Rhinegird is protector of the Sacred Jungle, as well as ruler of amphibians. When a little girl, she was with her parents (Sacred and Larch) and her sister (Nimble). They were visiting the King, as all families did when a member in the family turned 10 (It was Nimble, of course.) Rinegird was only 4 at the time. The King toasted friendship to all, when he finally seemed to notice Rinegird. He had bent down to look at her closely, then ordered for the family to come over once again the next day. So, the family did as they were told. The King secretly took Rinegird right before dinner when she was taking a nap in the Guest Room. He put the amulet around her neck and ordered the Elemental Gods that they grant Rinegird the everlasting power to protect the jungle- to help the King on his mission to find all protectors for the world. And the Gods agreed. When Rinegird finally woke up, she was lost in a jungle and... Couldn't get out. She discovered that the beautiful amulet around her neck opened a temple close by, in the Sacred Jungle. But she never could escape. As vines grew on her pelt, she could no longer open her eyes and see, so she let the amphibians guide her. And, alas, as she has discovered her duty and welcomed traveling protectors. She is now 18, and has never seen her family. She can never escape the Sacred Jungle, unless the Protector of the Seas allows her to... But, ever since she met him, she's kind-of had a crush on him, and, well, she's too scared to ask such a big favor. So, till' this day, she waits for her family... Yet she doesn't know they were killed by the King.
