INSTRUCTIONS In this project, you can draw or load images and apply various effects to them. After you select an option, press space to access the tool menu. Hover over the tools to see what they are. You can only apply one effect per pixel until you press Apply Changes, so if you want to put multiple effects on, you will need to press Apply Changes after each effect. Cancel Changes removes the effects used since you last pressed Apply Changes. M to mute. NOTES Too slow?
