Use your RPG skills to defeat the dragon. Once you are asked something, type in one of the moves: Heal: Heal yourself Slash: Attack the victim, doing normal amounts of damage. Ram: Ram into the victim, either missing and doing small damage, or not missing and doing lots of damage.
