Ailli was silent, and no one noticed as she climbed into the rafters, balancing precariously as she glitched, and red sparks showered down, but fizzled out before anyone could notice. Bee was the first to notice, to smell, however no one noticed him because no one heard him, only Bria could hear a word. “Here.” Bria was puzzled, and sat down and stroked the little cat. “What’s the matter?” He, however, couldn’t respond, and sat in a frustrated and panicked huff. Sweeper jumped up with a few blankets, and snuggled into a corner of the rafters, trying to pretend it was home and not some place full of people. She soon fell asleep, rolled up in her blankets, and was oblivious as Glitched Ailli snuck up. As Glitched Ailli reached forward, Sweeper instinctively kicked out, making Ailli fall off the rafters and down into the hub, where everyone stared. Bria broke the conversation. “Is her face usually that dark and creepy? Because I’m pretty sure Ailli is younger and less terrifying.” Bee began screeching, and all the Sombras turned to stare. “We’ll take that as a no.” Rocki picked up Bee, and hugged him tightly. “Something’s very wrong with Ailli. I don’t think she’s supposed to look like that, and I think that this Ailli cat probably shouldn’t act like that.” One of the Sombras called out, “I DIDN’T ASK FOR A FIRE ALARM.” and some others began commenting on how loud the frightened Bee was, totally ignoring the reason for the noise in the first place, as Glitch Ailli walked up behind them. She reached out with her hands glowing red towards one of the Sombras, and was stopped by Bee, finally making out a human word, even though he couldn’t really talk. “EHRUNNN!” He screeched, and everyone turned around and finally noticed the weird way Glitch Ailli was trying to tap the Sombra’s shoulders. Bee was dropped onto the floor, and he rammed Glitch Ailli out of the way, causing his entire body to begin to shudder as red glows convulsed, but he stood his ground and the red finally faded, ending with him collapsing. Bria seemed to finally get it. “EVERYONE, DON’T LET HER TOUCH YOU.” In all the pandemonium, people were running as Glitch Ailli slowly got up and balanced on her feet. Rocki had paused on the way out, making sure everyone had gotten out, and was slammed by Glitch Ailli. Red sparks flew from her fingertips and landed on her face, giving a searing sensation and it felt like her body was being ripped apart. Round 3 Sombra noticed that Rocki was missing. She turned, and noticed Rocki slowly stop struggling under Ailli. Out of instinct, she ran forward, past everyone trying to stop her, and tightened her hand around Ailli’s shoulder, wrenching her off Rocki as the sparks flew onto her hand. She ignored the pain and slammed Glitch Ailli into the wall. Sweeper had finally woken up, and leaped down, staring at the strangely empty room. Two suspicious characters were standing in the corner, red sparks shooting off their hair and hands, they were turned away from her so Sweeper crept delicately across the floor. Rocki lay in front of her, slumped in a strange way. Was she dead? Sweeper was still only technically a kid, and had no idea if pulses even existed in the technological world, so she lifted Rocki off the floor and walked over the exit, before realizing the crap ton of noise she was making and the fact that she had attracted their attention.
