Sorry some of it didn’t really fit, just let me know if you can’t read any of it— it’s also in vector so you can also move it around/ resize it if you want to when you view it. (I’m sorry I write a lot,,) Backstory (it probably wouldn’t fit, even this is a shortened, choppy version): Marine grew up on a research boat, as she was part of a project to see how well cats would fare at sea. She was born into a very kind human family to their pet cat, although she died shortly after Marine was born due to complications with childbirth and her mother having an abnormality breathing. This family decided to give Marine to the researchers for the experiment conducted on the boat where Marine grew up. Being born without a tail due to a strange genetic condition with her bones, Marine had a tail implanted with the spare materials they had on the reach boat, which happened to be some glass from a glass vial that had used to contain a blood test which has exploded when an onboard chef had transported it to another room, checked on some soup, and accidentally left it lying on the stove. The pieces were then attached using a transmitting wire attached to Marine’s spinal cord so she could still control it. However, Marine was constantly being on a drug that calmed her fiery personality. When she met a cat named Jupiter, who was the only cat that looked past Marine’s odd appearance, she constantly was pulling herself off the drug at night to meet with him. As she did this more and more, her mind became sharper and more alert than it was before, bringing back her personality. When Marine was almost herself again, she told Jupiter she wanted to run away, which she did, doing it when the boat was scheduled to go back to land so no-one would ever notice until it was too late. What she did not know was that Jupiter, who had said he would go with her, had not come, and had instead attached a note hidden in the folds of the scarf he had wrapped around her when she left, protected from the waters while she swam through the ocean to the city, which said, “I’m sorry— I have to return to my family. I’ll always love you.”. She still wonders where he is now, but has since adjusted to her new life in the city, and does not miss the research boat one bit.
