The picture is from the manga I Hear the Sunspot by Yuki Fumino I colored the drawing myself (It took forever) I really recommend this manga (if you like reading BL, it is not explicit tho) The story follows the story of a hearing impaired boy and a boy that becomes his note taker. They are more than friends, but less than lovers. There are 4 books in this series so far (hopefully more to come soon). The song is Photograph by Ed Sheeran covered by ???
