The Natural selection (a theory of evolution) has been a part of our world for hundreds of years. A very simple idea, which was the basis of many AI concepts, like the Genetic Algorithm. The idea behind this is very, very simple. Survival of the fittest. In this simple simulation, a group of different cells are competing against each other to survive. Each round: 1. The food spawns. 2. The cells randomly move to get the food. 3. When the food supply is depleted, if a cell has gotten food, then move back to edge and spawns other cells, based on its genetic code, and the cells with no food dies. You will see changes happening to the cells, because they have a chance of mutating (altering) its genetic structure a bit, causing an increase or decrease to its attributes: Speed Size Color Reproduction Amount And the best always wins!
