BIDDING TIC-TAC-TOE *bugs/glitches exist, play the game as it is meant to be played and you will be fine. Press flag to play again. Each turn, each player places a bid by typing a number from 0 to the amount of chips they have. Whoever bids the most gets to make the move. You take the chips your opponent bids and they take your chips. Then you bid again with your new amount of chips. Ties go to the person with the most chips or person 1 if chips are tied as well. Rinse and repeat until you make 3 in a row!
