Yep, that’s literally it. There’s scientifically inaccurate rexes spinning, and spinning, and spinning, then becoming rainbow as they spin some more. Most of the inaccuracies are because of the cartoony style, such as the large eyes, bendy tail (most dino tails were stiff), and odd colouring. Since the T-Rex was a predator - an ambush predator, if that - it’s highly unlikely that it would’ve been brightly coloured, since it would’ve completely given away it’s position. Think about lions, who camouflage into the savannah, or polar bears who blend into the snow. A T-Rex would probably have to blend into the environment it inhabited in order to hunt.
