Welcome to Atomic Sandbox 1.2! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ You can use the included atoms to create molecules! Here's how: - Click (or press) your chosen atoms from the periodic table and the atoms will appear in the center - Move those atoms so they are all (at most 3) touching the fusion chamber - Once ready, press the fuse button and the molecules will either: a. Successfully fuse and the screen will tell you what molecule you made or b. Fail to fuse and disappear - Move unwanted atoms to the trash can to delete them Updates: 1.0 - First release! 1.1 - Added Co2, O2, and Atomic family markers 1.2 - Added more molecules, background, and changed the colors of the atoms and atom markers ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tips: - Atoms have a varying number of valence, or outer, electrons from 1 to 8. Every atom "wants" 8, so they will always fuse if this is the case. The number of valence electrons increases from left to right. - Helium, Neon, and Argon cannot bond and are just there for reference. - All atoms will be deleted after each fusion - Have Fun!
This is my third program, and my first to be added to a scratch monthly studio(micro). This definitely took some time and thought, so please leave a love and favorite if you enjoyed it! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This game will be updated multiple times (hence 1.2), so make sure to check back here for any new features! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Check out my other 2 games: > https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/286396099/ > https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/283082804/
