Move your mouse and move the world when you move your mouse because moving your mouse moves the world but only when you move your mouse because that is what makes the world move because the motion of the world is collaborated with the motion of your mouse so making the mouse move makes the world move which happens when the x position of your mouse pointer is not at zero which means you moved your mouse which means you moved the world which is a very good thing because that is all that moving the mouse does. It's actually quite simple as you can see.
