It does not work the first time. If you copy and paste stuff in here it can read it to you. If you can not pronounce some thing just type it in and let it read it to you.
I would like to give credit to speechify (TM) for inspiring me to make this. (I would have called it speechify but I realized it was a TM [Trade Mark]) My next step is to add a dictionary.
