Here's a collection of all my Inktober drawings this year :) I'll try to update it daily, but that might not happen lol. What is Inktober? "Inktober is a month long art challenge created by artist Jake Parker that is focused on improving skill and developing positive drawing habits. Every day for the month of October anyone participating in the Inktober challenge creates an ink drawing and posts it online." I'm using @/namcodraws' prompt list from instagram this year. [disclaimer: lighting + quality of art will be inconsistent] Prompts 1 • mushroom [completed!] i guess this is okay. the contrast is nice. 2 • witch [completed!] ew her feet (kudos to you if you know what movie this is from though hehe) 3 • sweater [completed!] i actually really like how her hair turned out, just ignore my bad handwriting though lol 4 • forest [completed!] messed up on this, the foreground should be darker. i don't do full illustrations very often though and i still sort of like this. 5 • zodiac [completed!] i hate this with every fiber of my being. just no. 6 • scarf [completed!] this is okay but i feel like i could have done better if i hadn't rushed as much :/ 7 • free space [completed!] this is just a really quick lazy doodle and i couldn't be bothered to make hands so she has blobby arms lol 8 • pumpkin [completed!] oof i made so many mistakes on this i can barely even look at it 9 • braid [completed!] oh my goodness that braid took fOrEvEr to draw, still looks messy in some places though cri cri 10 • ghost [completed!] i like the concept of this but i don't think i executed it well, the hair and backdrop thing are messy and the ghost looks weird :') 11 • moon [completed!] of course when i saw the word moon i immediately thought of princess yue hehe 12 • cozy [completed!] this is called "ocean doesn't know how to draw folds or hands or shade stuff" 13 • fox [completed!] don't judge. i can't draw animals. 14 • free space [completed!] miss elphaba hehe :) couldn't do her justice though cri cri 15 • book [completed!] this is very... weird. 16 • apple [completed!] ew a badly drawn hand 17 • celestial [completed!] actually happyish with this, it's my oc astrid hehe 18 • plaid [completed!] lumberjack dude... i was too lazy to bother with hands lol 19 • red [completed!] red riding hood :) kinda like this 20 • sorcerer [completed!] i had to find a new pen twice while drawing this because two of them ran out of ink 21 • free space [completed!] here have a weird girl with a big sword because why not 22 • owl [completed!] oof i'm not a huge fan of this :/ 23 • mountain 24 • tea 25 • storm 26 • fairytale 27 • cottage 28 • free space 29 • monster 30 • bones 31 • halloween Credits Art + code • me Music • piano cover of Saturn by Sleeping At Last Google for the background Jake Parker for creating Inktober
