INKTOBER DAY FOUR - FREEZE The young girl's strange ivory tail brushed the ground as she walked. People stared at her in the dark abyss of the night, especially when she turned onto Fawn Drive. All eyes were on her as she walked to the 7/11 and stared in. The guy behind the counter was fast asleep and the cameras were pointed towards her, still outside of the door. She held out her hand and they clicked off allowing her to carefully open the door to the shop. Her cream-colored hair brushed against a bell strung to the door knob and a large sign that said "NO MONSTERS ALLOWED" caught her eye. It was a tan poster plastered to the wall in such a quick manner the ends crinkled up and the sides had large gaps. She ignored it as her small black cat rushed in through a loose panel behind the main counter. The two wandered around looking for something when the girl smirked and picked up a small kitchen knife. She examined it closely nodding to the cat. The room started smelling rotten and dank as the cat shifted to a boy. The two couldn't help but smile long smiles. Smiles that would make anyone shriek and cry out in terror. The guy behind the counter shot awake as the smell got so dreadful you couldn't breath. His silver blond hair was long and untamed to the point it fell to his shoulders and had an uneven cut. The two turned around, the girl cocking her head to the side in such a manner that made the citizens outside the door to the building cringe as the two crept close to the man, pulling the knife to their necks. All four of them... user uploaded image God this took a while. I had to redraw it. I had drawn a wolf, vampire, and ball jointed doll standing behind the counter but covered it up with black permanent ink and drew this instead. I challenged myself to not use pencil so you can see the circle and her hair is black rather than white. I like how the cat turned out. Anyways, I used the same pen and marker I usually use and the same journal. How does it have freeze? Well, I drew a slurpee and wrote "Freeze Your Brain" as well as making a 7/11 store as a reference to "Freeze Your Brain" from Heathers. I love that musical. You kinda have to look for it. And everyone outside was frozen in fear in the story. Hope y'all have a great day.
