❀❀❀ Virtual Writing Camp ❀ ❀❀❀ What's Cabin wars? Cabin wars are when you attack your neutral or enemy, with something like, "Cabin wars! Write 1000 words in 4 hours or lose 300 points!" and it's the perfect time for your neutral or enemy to lose points! In VWC, it will happen for two and a half weeks, the first time is from October 6th - October 12th, the second time is from October 15th - October 18th, and the third time is from October 20th - October 26th. ❀❀❀ For October 6th - October 12th, these are the wars you may use: - Cabin wars! Your cabin must write 100 words for every hour after this was posted until you saw it for up to 4 hours. For example, if you see this comment 2 hours after I post it, your cabin must write 200 words. But if you see this comment and it's 4 hours or more old, you automatically have lost. -1 point for every word you don't write out of your required amount, and -400 if you automatically lost. - Cabin wars! Write 6000 words in 8 hours, or lose 600 points! - Cabin wars! Go to 3 other cabins and ask for a random word. Then write a 2,500 word story in 5 hours that uses those words. If you don't, you lose 400 points. - Cabin wars! Two people from your cabin must write 2500 words altogether in 6 hours, or your cabin loses 300 points! - Cabin wars! One person from your cabin has to randomly generate a genre from one of the cabin genres, and write 2000 words in that genre. If you haven't finished this in 10 hours, you lose 800 points. - Cabin wars! Stop writing towards all cabin wars for an hour. If not, you lose 300 points. ❀❀❀ If you would like to war a cabin, post it in their cabin's studio. Here's a couple of rules: - You may only attack once you have waited one hour from your last attack. - You can not attack the same cabin twice in a row - Only co-counselors and counselors can attack enemies unless a camper has permission from the host or co-hosts, and permission from the counselor. - Only counselors may attack neutrals unless a co-counselor has permission from the host or co-hosts, and permission from the counselor. Campers are not permitted to attack neutrals. hosts, co-hosts, and counselors may not give permission to them. - No cheating. - A cabin may only be attacked 4 times a day. ❀❀❀ Something special: You all know Miri, @miriyanguyen, right? Well, she's here to help you. If at any time, your cabin is struggling to complete a cabin war, go to Miri's profile and ask for help. (Note that she may be in school, so don't rely on this). ANY cabin can ask for help, and Miri will help them. All you have to do is fill out this form on Miri's profile: cabin || war you need help with Here's the catch. Miri needs to be asked to help. For example, if everyone in your cabin is inactive, and it gets warred, and Miri sees that it's been warred, she isn't going to write for your cabin. But if someone comes on and sees that they've been warred, they can go ask for help, and then Miri will help. Another thing. Your cabin can only get help for 2 of your cabin wars a day.
