Hey guys! Silver here! I'm pleased to announce that the newest royal, Janda, has arrived! Here's Obiski with her baby boy Also since why not heres a small story of why Indiru 'hated' Mikandi so much:
It was a normal day for the caverns. Everyone was going to and fro and the Empire seemed at peace. Everyone had been overjoyed when Obiski announced the arrival of her twins: Kindiro, a male and Auguri, a female. Kindiro was the heir seeing he was male. The Empire's prince and princess was showered with love by everyone, especially their loving parents. The Empire seemed to be so perfect it was a dreamworld. Well, the funny thing about dreams is, eventually you have to wake up. Auguri was running around, getting under everyone's feet. She giggled as she weaved between vix's legs. She paused at the tunnels. She knew she was not to go in without her parents escort, but she was 5, and didn't listen. She ran into the tunnels happily. Skipping and humming, she didn't notice the floor start to slightly shake. Obiski was playing with Kindiro when her mate approached her. "Yes love?" She greeted Indiru. "Do you know where Auguri is?" He asked, concern filling his voice. Obiski started to get scared. "No, I thought she was with you." Just then one of the tunnelers ran up to them. "Your highness's!" He gasped. Indiru turned around, "Whats the matter?" He asked worried. The tunneler was shaking. "T-There was a cave in! At the tunnels! We were able to move the rubble but, I have no Idea how she got in there..." Obiski's blood turned to ice. "Who. Who's she?!" The tunneler paused, shaking. "I'm so sorry... We found princess Augari under the stone rubble. When we got her out... she was already dead.." The royals were silent in shock and horror for a moment before Obiski wailed in grief and rushed towards the tunnels. Kindiro looked confused, being only 7. Indiru scooped him up and followed his mate 3 weeks later.... Obiski was walking outside the den. She was rather depressed since her daughter died. She sighed and continued to walk aimlessly until she felt something trip over her paws. She 'looked' down and noticed a small kit with a moonstone necklace. She was shocked. "A kit?" She said in disbelief. The kit turned her head upwards to 'look' at her. "Mama?" She squeaked in a tiny voice. Just like that, Obiski's heart melted as she thought of her daughter. She scooped up the kit and brought her to the shamans. When the kit wasn't recognized, Obiski wanted to adopt her. Indiru said otherwise. He felt that adopting a daughter so soon after Auguri's death was an attempt to replace her, and he felt nothing could fill the void in his heart. But, after his mate threatening to step down from his mate, he begrudgingly marked the kit as a princess. And now you know, why Indiru 'hated' Mikandi
