This game is City Creator. It is the version NowDays. Instructions: Click on the kid of land you want to buy, make sure you have enough Gold (g). Then click on the square of land you want to put it on. Weather: There are tornadoes. When they hit a square, it turns to a water space or a plain place. They can go in any direction, so watch out.
