Wow I really suck at drawing hats xD So hello again scratch!! Sorry it's taken me such a long time to post an actual animation here >w> This is the cat version of the 13th doctor in the episode The Witchfinders :D I did this off memory so,,,,,probably not terribly accurate. I drew this in scratch and the song is King James from the Doctor Who soundtrack. I don't own the character but I own the Doctor Mew version of the design. Usually her shirt has stripes but I was too lazy to add them haha
