Enter the x value of the coordinates of the first point, then enter the y value of the coordinates of the first point. Then enter the x value of the coordinates of the second point, then enter the y value of the coordinates of the second point. The coordinates on the last row of the screen is the midpoint. For example, if you want to know the midpoint of (-4,4) and (6,-8), type -4 and press enter, type 4 and press enter, type 6 and press enter, type -8 and press enter. (1,-2) will be the last row on the screen, so (1,-2) is the midpoint.
