This is SBRAI's rough reconstruction of the Smithon level crossing crash at 19:20hrs on 11 February 2022. I myself added the lights to show you roughly how the crossing sequence would have timed out as. The derailment investigator's team at SBRAI created this purely to demonstrate how we think each vehicle ended up where they did. Notes - READ CAREFULLY: - This is NOT footage (an animation), so will not be 100% accurate. It also took place at dusk/night, but it is shown as day here so you can see it better. - The farmer's actions are not shown. - Damage to infrastructure is not shown for clarity purposes. - Again, the sole purpose of this video is to provide understanding and a model for how each vehicle ended up in its final position.

Location: On the Down Line between Holmesbridge and Slentham at Smithon Automatic Half Barrier (AHB) level crossing at 15 kilometres and 53 chunks. Service involved: 1Y62 1840hrs service from Fowlington Interchange to Sennemouth, operated by Great Minecraft Railway (GMR). Train involved: Refurbished HST set with power car 43712 leading, eight Mk3 coaches and 43723 trailing.
