You can use WASD and the arrow keys to rotate and move around the 3D objects. This shouldn't lag at all unless your computer is really really old.
I looked around the internet for some techniques to render 3D graphics, but nothing particular to give credit to besides Wikipedia. Also, credit to you know who. ;) Enjoy!
