PixL ========================================== ► A cool drawing tool with colour, saturation and brightness! ► There are four brushes; the pen, eraser, eyedropper and an effects tool. You can use the effects tool to create blurs, criss crosses, and a shiny effect. The size of the pen can be changed too, and there are three sizes. ► Once you've finished your drawing, click 's' to save it! It takes about 15 seconds, and then you can paste the code somewhere else, either for someone else to load in, or to just keep it. You can load other peoples arts too, by clicking 'l' -but you can't post them in the comments, as they are a bit too long. In a future update however, I do plan on creating a function that allows you save your art as a much smaller code, (about 300 digits long), albeit a lower quality picture. ► Why am I making such a big deal about saturation? Making a drawing tool without pen that has saturation is just more complicated. Each pixel starts off red, and then it's brightness and colour are just the brightness and colour effects, respectively. Behind the 16 x 16 grid of pixels is a white square, and every pixels saturation is actually shown by its ghost effect. 100% saturation = 100 ghost effect 0% saturation = 0 ghost effect. ► It wouldn't be accurate if each pixel were a drawing instead, because at 100% saturation the entire drawing would be white, not shades of grey, but it works fine as single coloured pixels. Also, I came up with the saturation effect myself, although other people have probably figured it out too. The GUI is all my design, (not the best, but ok), and all the code is mine.
