Day 9: Mr. Scrooge to be honest I didn't make most things on the prompt list cause if I did I wouldn't of picked this I had no idea how to draw mr scrooge, I know how the story goes but not the character so I just ended up tracing over a picture and doing my style it still counts, hopefully
