Oof so I spent FOREVER on this and I really hope people like it. This is Ria. They're a robot designed in the 80s as the first living machine. They were to be used as spyware, as they could pick up every single signal and hack into every single electronic device. The budget for Ria fell through, though, and they were abandoned in the woods, forgotten. About 10 years later, 1997 or so, Ria reactivated for unknown reasons. They glitched out and were filled with the sounds and images of every single electronic in a 20-mile radius. They were confused and panicked, and stayed in the woods for another 20 years until they were found by a group of cryptid hunters. The cryptid hunters fixed up Ria and now they work as the cryptid hunter group's receptionist. Ria's obsessed with everything 80s-90s. Especially the music. When I heard the audio for this meme, I knew I HAD to animate it with Ria, the confused robo baby. Also Ria isn't their real name. It's short for Dysphoria which is the name the cryptid hunters gave them. They don't remember their real name.
