A storm thundered as Frost walked into the thicket, shining brightly illuminating the path dimly every once in a while. Her eyes blazed with fury and regret. She continued walking until she saw it. Glowing eyes walking in between trees. She watched and said, “How ironic that the weather gets harsh when you come huh, Storm?” The lightning flashed again, showing a giant white wolf with piercing yellow eyes “Well your scent is as easy to follow as it is to sleep. Do you think that no one would have followed you? How pathetic. Only a few wolf lengths away from our trails.” He started to circle her, her mirroring him as they both circle. “Why are you here? And you're taking my daughter's fur?” she asked, as both anger and confusion rose in her voice. He scoffed and said “Needed to see if her hair tastes good. NO, YOU IDIOT! I was smelling it, what if it was another loon wolf with her pup?``he yelled at her, Her voice boomed as she remarked, “I've never been called loon by-by you!!” she gazed at him in surprise and sadness and moved forward, unfazed by him showing his sharp, glistening teeth. He laughed and mocked “Oh I'm sorry your highness” he stretched the last word and moved forward again “You're as small as one of our pups! Why should I be scared of your little teeth?” She walked and growled “Just because I don't eat your fancy elk, doesn't mean I don't sharpen my claws!” she howled, getting in a defensive position. He scoffed once more and then howled and then two wolves jumped out, (one gray, another brown, the white with orange eyes and the other hazel) she tensed and said “Lightning, Hazel! Long-time no see!” She tensed, this time, in a pouncing position. They narrowed their eyes and growl “The alpha wants YOU and the pup” Hazel sneered “But one is optional” her smile sneered up and her teeth showed.” Frost smiled and said “Is it my pup?” she howled and jumped at one, as lightning flashes brightly and it starts to rain. The storm has truly begun. ↜↝ Snow pup shivered. Yet she wasn't cold, the willow was keeping the warmth in. Her eyes welled and she sighed again. She's going after that monster! And her eyes looked like she KNEW the beast. But that was as silly as her saying she was a vegetarian( she tried and it was disgusting). She was nibbling at the rabbit while the storm raged outside. The willow kept out most of it, only a ditch in the front was keeping it from flooding (another design after it had flooded a year after snow pup opened her eyes). She watched how the lightning was unbearable to watch, and the thunder was shaking the earth. She watched with her eyes fixed on the thicket. Nothing moved except the trees from the wind. She wanted to look through the entire forest. But she can’t... Her heart warmed(compulsively, to her surprise) as she saw a shape flying to her hollow. She backed up and watched fruit dart into the trunk, slamming into it. Vultures followed Fruit, yet he never noticed, even when they flew near the forest thicket. He shook his head and looked” horrible storm ey?” he smiled as he shook off some droplets in the flooding pool. He looked and saw no Frost. “Man! Your mother must like watching crazy storms because I can't see where she is!” He looked at snow pup, who has taken a frightened expression. He looks into the balcony, not seeing her mother. Fruits smile faded “Where is she?” Snow Pup’s nose shot out to the thicket as his faded smile turned to horror “Surely not to fight the thing?” he tried to fly out, but got shot back in. She smirked and he scoffed “This will not end well, and I don't know which side it will go well for,” Snow Pup thought the same thing, as the rain came harder, making shapes. Snow Pup hoped that this storm wasn't going to last all night. How was her mother going to get back? The storm was thundering like her heart and(likewise) not stopping. She looked up at the stars and asked:” Will she be ok?” And she looked at the barely visible stars, were glittering coldly. A howl was heard as Frost was slammed down. .
↜↝ She snarled and kicked hazel up. Lightning, already slashed in his soft belly, was limping briskly towards her as hazel staggered “You slice a tree down or fight your pup every day?” Hazel said in disbelief. Frost's claws were weathered but sharp, but her claws were not sharp enough to stop the wound on her belly, which was bleeding heavily. Frost smiled, “I act like I'm fighting.” “The alpha!” she kicked Lightning back into a tree, knocking him out. Hazel roared and jumped forward, Frost looks surprised yet jumped backward. As Hazel fell, she jumped on Frost’s back, slicing it. Frost roared and rolled. Frost jumped up and slid back and was cornered against the mountain. Hazel walked forward and sneered, “Scared, puppy?” Frost looked back and saw the wall and smiled and said: “Not anymore.” She jumped up and kicked Hazel into the wall, making her pass out. With two wolves on the ground, and her, severely wounded, she panted heavily. She sighed in relief. Two eyes glowed behind her “Don't forget me, puppy” Storm jumps from behind and roars and lunges. She gasps and is frozen in place as he pins her and raises his head and... The world went quiet ↜↝ After a night, Snow Pup heard the storm stop and walked out. The ditch worked well and, as she walked out, birds started to drink from it. She looked around and then saw the thicket, dew all over the leaves and bushes. She shook her head and went to the bats' house. Fruit followed “Thanks for staying with me!” “Momma’s probably going to come any minute now.” snow said confidently. He nodded feebly as he flew out before her and SAW her..just not alive. He flew in as Snow Pup went inside and started to wolf down some rabbit. She sat down and looked at the thicket, ready to see her mother walk in any minute now…… she hopes ↜↝ Lightning breathed slightly as his eyes narrowed seeing Hazel and Storm shake their heads and get up. He remarked,” I can't believe you killed frost.” They were all wounded and in shock. Hazel looked at them and remarked” you know it’s no-” she cut herself off as if a memory had come back reminding her to shut up. She looked up at the stars. “Plan B,” Storm said. Hazel snorted and got up, walking to Lightning, Storm shook his head and grinned. “Wish plan A would've worked better.” They all nod and sit down, looking at the willow and breathe “How do we tell the pup?” he said quickly, not wanting to think about how he killed his close friend. Hazel looks at the mountains and sighs, most of the time she's never seen it, so her idea was almost as spotless as her coat, but it would need a good excuse. “White claws,” she said “Storm you’re so ugly you look like one” Hazel stared at the hollow and her eyes softened, she had lost her family too, and she couldn’t leave this thing. She would be her..friend. Yeah, a friend is a great plan! Storm looked with anger flashed in his eyes “So that excuse shouldn't give us some trouble.” They all nod wearily and get up. The sun shone over the mountain as the moon fell. Storm looked and said, “I will bury frost, you deal with the pup.” He said stonily, with sad emotions overtaking him. Hazel and lighting stare at him then bow and walk to the willow as he walks back, left in the destruction of the storm.
