As you all know, it has been a while since I have made my last coloring contest, there are slightly new rules, which are posted in notes and credits. Prizes are posted down there too:)
MUST READ!!! Rules- 1. Remix the project, then color it!!! 2. I always encourage you to make some changes to the project, like add a background (where are the balloons are/their location etc.) 3.Once you are done, you need to post your edited project in my coloring contest studio 4. Please be a good sport! I try to make things fair and rotate winners. 5.Have fun! I work hard on these projects, and I don't want scratchers not having fun coloring them! 6. I do f4f!
