SOLUTION: -Move pieces 1 and 2 to their respective positions. -Move pieces 3 and 4 such that 3 is in the top right and 4 is directly below it. -Move the empty square to the left of the 3 and solve 3 and 4. -Repeat the steps for 5,6 and 7,8 -Move 9 and 13 such that 9 is in the bottom left and 13 is to the right of the 9. -Move the empty square above the 9 and solve 9 and 13. -Do the same for 10 and 14. (Put 10 to the right of 13 and put 14 to the right of that) -Then the only unsolved pieces are 11,12, and 15 which you can cycle around to solve.
