This is a CAD, otherwise known as Computer Aided Dispatch. Its a simulation of what real life police dispatch officers use which obviously means there are a lot more limitations I couldn't work around due to Scratch. Anyway, play around and learn the different features of it and remember its not a game but rather a piece of software.
Idea was inspired by PRC with ER:LC and the BCSO MDT.
