Why It Is Necessary: On most platforms there isn't really a feature called "cloud lists", most projects say you are connected when in reality you are not. It is just a server side client-run system. However, in this you can host your own cloud server for your project, and customise it to your liking, modify the security, and simply enjoy Cloud Data more.
