art and codig by me bla bla music by scratch for those of u who don't understand (spoilers): tweened animation sometimes can look unnatural if not done correctly, as heads/arms can move up and down as if the character is a machine (some people actually enjoy this effect though, and that's perfectly fine). therefore, the only explanation is obviously that the character is a robot and the animator uses the advantage of the angle to make it seem normal.
