now with actual tax evasion This game has an actual tutorial Essentially, you have two numbers: Money and Suspicion. If money drops below -50 or suspicion rises above 10, you lose. There is also a tax collection every 10 seconds, and you must evade taxes before that, or you lose. Evading taxes resets the timer but increases suspicion. Stealing money increases suspicion and money. Hiding from the police costs money but decreases suspicion. You also passively lose money over time.
