Okay, I know I haven't explained anything about these characters yet. It's been over a year since I redid them and you... (who am I kidding I don't have a fanbase) know almost nothing about them or the universe. Luckily, in that year or so I had a lot of time to develop my characters and am still currently working on development as well as more characters that I'll actually like. Also one thing to keep in mind is that the reference sheet is somewhat outdated. Currently the characters I have in this universe consist of: Crystal Amber Bean Grey Cherri Chance Choco Star (she's not in the ref sheet but if you click you can see all of them in gacha) So I'll tell you guys the rules of the universe: First off, demons and light things. There are two types of demons: Consistent - These demons are always in their demon forms. One or both of their eyes is always black, they cry black fluid, and they can see in the dark. (example: Crystal and Amber) Inconsistent: These ones are a bit more interesting. They can switch between their demon form and their normal form at will, and while in their demon form both of their eyes are black and black fluid drips from their eyes. Additionally, in their demon form sharp retractable claws jut out of their paws (i don't care that I drew hands). While this may seem cool, while under a large amount of stress or just about any negative emotion they automatically go into their demon form and go into a state in which they try to kill or harm anything in sight with animal like instincts. It lasts for about an hour. The demon has no control over what happens during this period. (example: Chance and original Crystal (like the first one I made)) How demons are formed: 1- They're born on a lunar eclipse 2- One of their parents is a demon (50% chance) 3- Both of their parents are demons (100% chance) I don't have a name for the light things (give me ideas in the comments I guess), but basically they're the counterparts to demons. Similar to demons, there are two types of them. Consistent: They're in their light form all of the time. Their eyes glow white, making the pupils and irises invisible to the human eye. They can't be burnt and can't be blinded or damaged by bright lights.(example: none. I don't have one of these yet) Inconsistent:They can switch in and out of their light form at will and have the glowing eyes. They can generate fire from their hands and cannot be burnt. When feeling a large amount of stress or negativity their eyes glow. (example - Star) How light things are formed: 1- Born during a solar eclipse 2- One of their parents is a light thing (50%) 3- Both of their parents are light things (100%) Locations: Foxfield (the main town where everything takes place) Unnamed town (the secondary town in which some backstories took place (if you can also help me with names for this)) Test lab (you know, the local test lab. Well, it's not local. It's actually a few towns over. Backstory stuff) History: About 30 years ago (roughly 15 years before my boyos were born since they're all 15) there was a war between demons and light things. After lasting for 7 years neither side could fight anymore and the war ended with nobody emerging victorious. A peace treaty was signed and demons and light things can happily coexist. Or... at least some of them can. A large amount of the demon-light population was reduced during the war. Now I wan't to give a little bit of information about my characters using a single dumb quote for each one. Crystal - "I used to have a sweet tooth, and now I don't." Amber - "No we don't do spooky time here anymore." Bean - "I don't know what's happening but everything's burning heck." Grey - "Ay 723 just up and left so you might want to look into that." Cherri - "Uh... those? Oh yeah, I just really like flowers. SHUT UP GREY!" Chance - "Dad why are you so mean and weird can I enjoy my spooky time in peace?" Choco - "The world is falling apart around me and now I have this weird plant who says she's my cousin." Star - "Look I'm sorry it was an accident." If you can piece together parts of their backstories with these quotes (and other info about them), you're godly.
