So, okay. You said cyclope cat. I did it with my OC, Cableblaze. Made with Pencil2D: (because I broke) Anyway: Let me explain. Cableblaze is a cat crossed with a Swiss army knife (Note that blade sticking out of his arm. Yea that's a part of him) , (and a cable for a tail. He has more, but I decided to keep it simple). His personality is a lot like Bill Cipher's, Sadistic, and only sees people as something to manipulate. His backstory, is like Spinel's, abandoned (by his creators.) (It can explain that tear) How I came up with this OC ___________________________________ One day I saw a ton of theme song projects on warrior cats, and I was like hey, why can't I base a character off of a song. So I based him off of Cabinet Man, by Lemon Deamon. Read the lyrics, or listen to the MAPs out there. It should explain everything.
