For @hgmdd, tell me if you want me to adjust some colors. Just in case; To make this your profile pic, go inside the project, go to "costumes" and hit "Windows, "Shift" and "S" at the same time. Drag the cursor so that the profile picture fits inside the square. Open Microsoft Paint and press "Ctrl" and "V" at the same time. This will paste it onto Paint. Resize the white background on Paint to fit your profile picture. Then click "File" and "Save as". Remember where you saved the file, and open Scratch back up. Go to your profile and click "change" on your current profile picture. Go to where you saved the profile picture and click on it. (This is the only way that works; it has been tested. If you need help following these instructions, ask your parents.)
