I will be more strict about this MEP/MAP, because Doctor Who is my favorite show. Please show consideration. Show effort! Draw real backgrounds. Try to stay original, use any doctor and any companion. Say your favorite doctor if you read all these rules. I would really like it if you included something from the show.
