when it asks for a code say "new" if you have no code. type in any 4 numbers then it will give you a completed code of 5 digits. you must then enter a 5-digit cloud number. at any later time, you can enter your 5-digit code it gave you to receive your cloud number. i hope this can be useful! P.S. sorry if cloud numbers get jumbled. i had to make up for the multi-digit users
