There are a few things Scar could do here- Scar could give advice on how to defeat this hacked Relay, Scar could use some kinda chip to un-hack Relay, Scar could fight Relay themselves, the list goes on. I have interpreted this malware as a flying orb that can have a hand poke out to touch robots with. Hope that's ok.
