So these Spellcasters hatched a grand plan, to use the ignorance of the kingdom against them. The kingdom people always ignored the coven for they "Speak nonsense of unholy magic", well they are quite the fools when they learn of their magic of the Curzes! Curses has been known long before the age of kingdoms, but this style of curses... is different... It preys on the dark desires and fears of those who are a victim of it, it causes their lives to fault and waver to it, making their will to live break apart over time... The longer someone is inflicted with a Curze, the more disastrous it becomes, side effects include: lost touch with reality, mental and physical decay, depression, occult behaviors and gatherings, self inflicting pain, and the love of sacrificing others, including friends and family. The cure for this strange kind of curse is difficult to explain, only a few old journals explain in detail how to break it, but those has been destroyed or forever lost in time... It would be a good idea not to mess with this coven, because if you are placed under a Curze, you are certain to perish soon afterwards... -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Trivia: As stated in the disclaimer, this archetype was inspired by a Plants vs. Zombies Heroes mod. While i haven't put it on Scratch yet, the coven mentioned in the lore, as well as the occult like behavior symptoms is the Acolyte archetype i made, which are DARK Spellcasters, Fiends, and Warrior monsters that loves destroying their own cards, which the "sacrificing friends and family" part represents. Along with that, the fact one Curze is called "Curze of Dark Rites", a Ritual Support card, supports the "sacrificing friends and family" part further. "Curze of the Towers"'s unique effect one of "Apoqliphort Towers" effects, which is funny since the Qliphorts hasn't awakened yet in this time period. "Curze of Necrovalley"'s unique effect is literally just the GY lock-down effect of "Necrovalley", the name directly mentioned should be obvious. The name "Curze" is intentional, i said that for the third time now in this project, the reason it is spelled that is so the archetype can be easily identified with all the other cards (official or fan-made) that already uses the term "Curse". Along with that, "Curze" is still pronounced "Curse", so it's practically the same anyways, (Perfectionists will freak out over spelling "Curse" like this too, lol.) Another reason for the naming is simple: in that PvZH mod, Immortica, the Witch Zombie Hero, is the one casting the curses on the player in round one of the video, so like classic PvZ fashion, the "s" is replaced by a "z" in the name.
