❦ Part One ❦ "Na, na, na, na, na, na, na" Black she-cat looking down in anguish. ❦ Part Two ❦ "I miss you, miss you so bad" Same black she-cat closes her eyes, lip sync. ❦ Part Three ❦ "I don't forget you, oh, it's so sad I hope you can hear me I remember it clearly" Same black she-cat thrusts her heads on her paws and has a flashback of a tiny ghostly white kit with shimmering eyes smiling slightly. A tear drops from the black she-cat's eyes. ❦ Part Four ❦ "The day you slipped away Was the day I found it won't be the same, oh Na, na, na, na, na, na, na" Same ghostly white kit starts coughing up blood and sinks down to the ground. The black she-cat looks up in anguish. ❦ Part Five ❦ "I didn't get around to kiss you Goodbye on the hand I wish that I could see you again I know that I can't" The black she-cat looks up and sees the kit. She jumps up in shock, then runs forward to the kit. Just as she reaches the kit, it vanishes. The black she-cat collapses in grief. ❦ Part Six ❦ "Oh, I hope you can hear me, 'cause I remember it clearly The day you slipped away Was the day I found it won't be the same, oh I've had my wake up Won't you wake up I keep asking why (I keep asking why) And I can't take it It wasn't fake It happened, you passed by Now you're gone, now you're gone" The black she-cat is lying down, tears dripping from her eyes. The tears float up and make the shape of the white kit, and vanishes as soon as the black she-cat looks up. ❦ Part Seven ❦ "There you go, there you go Somewhere I can't bring you back Now you're gone, now you're gone There you go, there you go Somewhere, you're not coming back" A vision of the white kit scampering around joyously in StarClan's hunting grounds. ❦ Part Eight ❦ "The day you slipped away Was the day I found it won't be the same, no The day you slipped away Was the day that I found it won't be the same, oh Na, na, na, na, na, na, na I miss you" The black she-cat looks up at the stars and sees the starry face of her kit, who looks down at her sadly.
