Foxtrot Group fought at the Battle of Sarrish, and were deployed at the end of the battle along with multiple other clone commando squads to cover the retreat of the 212th battalion. They were of course decimated, because RCs aren't bred for that. The only squad member that survived was Gregor. Though this isn't cannon or legends, this is how I like to think how the squad operated.
