DO NOT TAKE CREDIT I want people to learn from this, and if you CREATE (NOT REMIX) your own version of this that works better to your personal needs, by all means, take credit for making it, please give me some credit for the original but I don't care too much about it. Also, for the people who complain that "I learned it somewhere else" no, actually I came up with and worked on this all by myself. I did have an inspiration to make this, though, Griffpatch and their (I think teacher, or maybe it was the same person on two accounts, not completely sure) made some of the best cloud projects on scratch that are still the best nowadays. They are the reason I started working with cloud variables. VERY IMPOTANT Scratch sets a VERY heavy limit on length of cloud variables (people used to just use it all up to troll and it would cost them $$$ or wipe everyone's data) so you might have to "stretch the limit on your project. I have a project capable of taking over 800k characters (obviously I shut it down and unshared it because thats WAY too much) It can take time to be allowed to use lots of characters, but it's currently the only way. To stretch the length, just continuously increase the length on a cloud variable and reset it over and over. You will also likely need to leave the project for quite a while. With time, it does work. I hope the scratch team gets rid of this limit, but I also understand why it exists. Especially with this project coming out, it becomes dangerous, even for people who don't mean to screw anything up and have zero bad intentions but just don't understand how to use this. There are comments that will explain how to use this. Those should be enough, if they aren't, check to make sure you have "Scratcher" status, and check the comments as well. If you still don't have an answer, by all means, contact me however you feel like it. (Without like shooting me with an arrow that has a message or whatever.) DO NOT BUILD CHAT ROOMS I know this makes it very easy to make something like that, but it is not allowed on scratch. If you want people to be able to communicate, use alerts, or an arsenal or 9-99 pre-made messages or symbols. Sure, it's ok if you have a side Cloud variable that allows you to talk with project administrators, or even me to help you fix a problem in your project, but once just about anyone can talk to complete strangers, it is a chat room, and your project will most likely be taken down, this is to keep people safe, so it does make sense. To stay safe, only communicate with pre-made options and GUIs, and talk to me or project admins separately, while these are not chat rooms, they could still be seen as pushing it, so, respect the rules.
All of this was made by me, Drestroyer48. I have made many of these before and while I am working on a few online games, I have published very few using this "engine" My user code is 3018172919182320171853579696969696969696 if you ever want to add me into a project even if it's just to be support (yes, while scratch does not allow chat rooms, you can still use this to send notifications/alerts to players and even build GUIs, but I recommend only letting trusted project administrators chat and also using player IDS to help make sure you don't take up too many characters, because if you hit a limit, your cloud data WILL fall apart.
