Coonskin joe is the stick figure. he got rejected from the police team because he had a tatoo. you can't see it since he's a stick figure, but this is an animated series based on "true" events. (theyre fake of cource) but here's a fact: cops don't have tatoos. Joe's says "justice". since he was rejected, he started the Coonskin Clan so he can be an unoficial cop.
