Click the question mark on the home screen for this same information. This is an exercise thing that I made for myself. It has 12 different exercises in a row, each with a timer for fourty seconds. After every ecxercise there is a twenty second brake, and then a three second timer to prepare for the next exerzise. If you do all of this three times in a row, you should have enough exercice for the whole day. Press space while you're doing the exerscizes to pause and unpause. It'll take a second after you hit the button, and then the timer will freeze where it is. Once again this is just for me so you can pretty much ignore it.
Made this for excersizing. But then I didn't need it because I had gym every day. But then I did need it because I had no more school. I might add more functions later. Also, I've been doing Supermans at the part where it says Plank when I've been doing it, so feel free to do those instead.
