Raphael is strongest, but he attacks slow. Michelangelo can use his nunchucks as a sort of shield for a short time, but then he has to wait 2 seconds to attack again. Donatello can attack the quickest, as well as behind him. Leonardo is just Leonardo.
This was a very hard project to make. I had a lot of fun though. The hardest part was making each person able to do two different attacks. This is designed for 4 players. There is no option to get rid of unused players, so you'll just have to let them sit and be non-reactive. You can still play with fewer people, but it doesn't really work out a well.
