Enter names or nicknames (They should consist of 26 basic latins and numbers) 1.4. Play game with mouse or arrow key + space 1.5. You can export the game (notation for human and PCC (See 5)) by pressing the Export button after the game finished 2. Time Limits 2.1. Basic: Basic time limits 2.2. Countdown (Byo-yomi): Additional time limits after the basic time limits end. If you finish the move before the countdown time finish, time will reset. If not, 1 countdown will be taken. countdown of 3 will be taken. 2.3. Increment: Additional time you get when you finish the move. 3. Janggi (Korean Chess) 3.1. Janggi rules are basically based on Korea Janggi Association 3.2. Red (漢) starts Pieces Setting first. When pieces setting, you change the position of the Horse (馬) and Elephant (象). 3.3. Green (楚) starts the game first. 3.4. You can skip the turn by moving General to where it is now. 3.5. Result of the Game 3.5.1. If you capture the opponent's General, you will win the game. 3.5.2. If the opponent use up the time, you will win the game. 3.5.3. When bik happens, the game is drawn. (when two Generals are at the same vertical line and there's no piece between them, General can jump to the other and it's called 'bik.') 3.5.4. If the game is stopped during the game, the winner is declared by sum of points of the pieces still on the board. (Chariots (車): 13 points, Cannons (包): 7 points, Horse (馬): 5 points, Elephants (象): 3 points, Advisors (士): 3 points, Soldiers (卒/兵): 2 points, Red (漢) gets additional 1.5 points (deom)) 3.6. Notation for Human (Modified Xiangqi Notation) 3.6.1. (By screen) horizontal lines are numbered 1 to 10 from bottom to top and vertical lines 1 to 9 from right to left. Location is expressed by joining horizontal line and vertical line. 3.6.2. Generals (楚/漢), Chariots (車), Cannons (包), Horses (馬), Elephants (象), Advisors (士), and Soldiers (卒/兵) are expressed each by G, R, C, H, E, A, S. 3.6.3. Moves are expressed by [piece]([first location])-[final location]. 3.6.4. Piece Setting is considered as move 0, Write the relative location (L/R) of Elephant (象) with the order of right to left, and Green (楚) to Red (漢). 3.6.5. Write if Green wins, 1 - 0, if the games is drawn, ½ - ½, if red wins, 0 - 1 at the end. 4. Chess 4.1. Chess rules are basically based on FIDE. 4.2. White starts the game first. 4.3. Result of the Game 4.3.1. If you checkmate the opponent's King, you will win the game. 4.3.2. If the opponent use up the time and you have enough pieces to checkmate the other's King, you will win. 4.3.3. If the opponent use up the time and you don't have enough pieces to checkmate the other's King, the game is drawn. 4.3.4. If the game ends in stalemate, the game is drawn. 4.3.5. If the same position has appeared at least the third times and a player offers a draw, the game is drawn. (Positions are considered the same if and only if the same player has to move, pieces of the same kind and color occupy the same squares and the possible moves of all the pieces of both players are the same.) 4.3.6. If the same position has appeared at least five times, the game is drawn. 4.3.7. If any series of at least 50 moves have been made by each player without the movement of any Pawn and without any capture and a player offers a draw, the game is drawn. 4.3.8. If any series of at least 75 moves have been made by each player without the movement of any Pawn and without any capture, the game is drawn. (If the last move resulted in checkmate, the game is not drawn.) 4.3.9. If the game is stopped during the game, the game is drawn. 4.4. Notation for Human is Algebraic notation (a longer form). 5. Prown Chess Code (PCC) 5.1. PCC is code for this project to read the game. 5.2. There are only Janggi and Chess now, theoretically it can be used at least 36 chesslike board game. (I think next is maybe Shogi and Xiangqi.) 5.3. The kind of the game (Janggi/Chess), nickname of the players, game and result are saved in PCC. 5.4. After finishing game, you can export this by pressing Export button, and you can watch the game by pressing Record button at the first screen and entering PCC.
