Road Racer v0.5 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Follow the tutorial for controls. I wanted to make a traffic dodger or a motorway that looked 3d(ish) and well this is what I came up with. It's still a work in progress right now, I need to add things like traffic and trees and gas stations etc. but I thought I'd make a little sneak peak here. The engine sounds are awful, I know but its hard to find good audio samples for free that will work for vehicles. Anyway, thanks for viewing this, and, enjoy your ride!
The road lines and grass are all pen and there are a lot of sprites so the game is very laggy sometimes. Feel free to remix this, I would love to see what you guys would add to this later on. Credit to all you guys and the Scratch team for creating such a wonderful coding website and inspiring me to make my own games and animations.
