This is Mistleheart. She dies giving birth to her only kit Berrykit. Snowleaf, Mistleheart's mate, severely misses her. She visits him once before joining StarClan for good. She says "I'll always be with you." She than leaves Snowleaf to care for Berrykit and he NEVER lets Berrykit out of his sight. That's all!
